We use Ports from five of the oldest best known and most traditional Port Houses:-

Taylors, Graham’s, Fonseca, Warre’s and Delaforce with styles ranging from Mature Ruby, Old Tawny, Late Bottle Vintage, Single Estate Vintage and Classic Vintage.

The majority of our selections of Cheese is from the old established House of Clawson. There are slices, “doorstep” and jars of stilton, together with, truckles of stilton with various flavours example: stilton with cranberries, etc, and of course not forgetting the mouth watering cheddars again with various flavours such as: Innkeepers Cheddar, Ploughman’s Cheddar, or Cheddar with Whisky to name but a few.

Once again the perfect gift a bottle of Port and Stilton in a ceramic jar and box of oatcakes. Alternatively we can offer Port with three cheese truckles or one of our favourite Port and Stilton gifts, a bottle of Port with Charbonnel et Walker Port and Stilton Truffles – perfect.

We always associate Port and Stilton or Cheese but of course we can also offer a pate. A really tasty Trout with Chardonnay; Duck with Armagnac etc.
